Windshield Replacement

We warrant the installation of your windshield or rear window for as long as you own the vehicle. This means that your new windshield or rear window will be properly installed and sealed by an experienced technician. This warranty covers trim, fit and leakage associated with our installation. Should you ever have a problem with leakage of your windshield or rear window, or are dissatisfied for any reason, just contact our professional staff and we will be happy to schedule an appointment to determine if the work is covered by warranty.

If our original work needs adjustment, we will do it at no cost to you. At Downeast Glass, we think we are the best in the business, and we are ready to stand behind our work and to stand behind you, our customer.

This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. There are no warranties that extend beyond those expressed. In most cases, warranty work is to be performed at our physical location. Any vehicle damage in the vicinity of the covered part or damage to the covered part may void this warranty.

Windshield Repair

The windshield repair process is designed to prevent the spread of damage from the initial point of impact. Downeast Glass guarantees the visual appearance of every windshield repair and is committed to your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the result of the repair process, Downeast Glass will credit the cost of the windshield repair toward a windshield replacement for as long as you own the vehicle.

The credit will be issued to the party that was responsible for the initial payment. In the event your deductible was waived for the windshield repair, you will be required to pay any applicable deductible for a windshield replacement.
